Japanese ghost

OK this is my first of many blogs that is going to be about well the supernatural and i mean the real deal no fake videos or pictures i want the truth. now as you can infer from the title my first subject will be Japanese ghost lately i seen a TV series in japan that actually shows the ghost in public places like restaurants and the beach. but one video in particular caught my eye this boy and his friends has seen a ghost in a restaurant and they caught it on camera but the encounter didn't end there afterwards they went to the subway where they seen the woman walk onto the track when the train passed but there was no body then as the camera went down you can see a glimpse of her head as she is staring at one of the boys now it has come to my attention to gather as much info on these paranormal activities as i can but i cant do this alone ill need some help anyone who is serious please contribute information and some links and info of actual paranormal occurrences i will try and find the video again and post it
